Sensor Asset Management

SAM+,part of the Smart Nation Sensor Platform (SNSP) product package, optimizes WOG sensor planning and deployment in Singapore. Users can easily register and manage their sensor assets while maintaining complete control over all sensors installed by different agencies and the data generated by the sensors. Agencies can quickly search and filter sensor assets of interest, visualize and analyze sensor data for sensor planning or decision-making, and pool the sensors and data on a 2D/3D map. By collecting and integrating big datasets, SAM+ can provide more comprehensive insights for smart city design.

Empathy Map

All personas we consolidate into one empathy-map to understand all the painpoints and goals for government agencies with additional user interview feedback.

Affinity Map

Myself and PO conducted interviews with all agency department heads involved in smart nation projects, and we used affinity map exercises to divide all agencies according to the tasks they needed to complete.

Journey Map for target persona groups

Create a journey map for each user group across agencies, taking into account the details we derived from Afinity Map segmentations.

Inertaction Flows / Service Blurprints

Flow and service blue principles created considering the bird view of the steps involved and the drill-down view as well to understand better on line of interaction, line of visibility, and support process considering services involove across agency.

Wireflows

Main flow approvals and confirmations from the internal team and agencies, and support development work on low-fidelity visuals with wireflow approaches.

Design Systems / UI & Logos

There are a few logo concepts, a manageable design system for component management (this era, no figma dev modes), and a few POC UI designs.
